Never got Package

I never got the package it’s been 2 months and it never arrived

Amazing customer service!

I needed to get an Easy Grabber to me in a short time to be able to give it to my sister on my birthday and they went out of their way to rush it to me on time. Someone even offered to drive one to me personally!
My sister is 74 and has lupus so her hands aren't in good shape and she tried it out and loved it.
Great product and even better customer service!
